First round with Project Manager more on understanding PMO roles and responsibilities.
Second round with sr. Project manager on PMO functions and framework. Third round with group PM with scenario based questions on PMO fitment. Fourth round with VP for leadership, Technical and fitment round. Fifth round with talent acquisition team on salary fitment and few scenario based questions. Final round with CEO on fitment.
