Phone screen was unexpectedly technical. Pretty basic questions until technical questions. Completely unexpected so be ready with some knowledge. Otherwise it was good. Also the people had never heard of my previous employer despite their own brand of ice cream being in grocery stores all over America.

Spoke with a recruiter that gave me the information I needed to understand the company, role and benefits. Moved to a meeting with the manager and then met with a larger group and saw the facility I would be supporting.

Entretien
I applied online for an engineering position and was soon called to scheduled a phone interview. It lasted about an hour and basically consisted of company background and field specific questions, half and half. Within a few days, I received an email of an on site interview.
