Started with a phone interview with HR then moved in to a second interview. The second one was with HR and my prospective team. Lasted most of the morning and I thought it went well. HR even gave me a call to follow up and was told the team was impressed with me. Well, months passed and I didn't hear back from anyone, including a follow up email I sent, which was promptly ghosted. I think that if you are going to invest so much in a candidate and take so much of their time the least you should do is let them know you are not moving forward with them. Unprofessional, to say the least.
