Regular interview process. The interview questions is not too hard. The only disadvantage is that I have waited about 2-3 weeks to receive the feedback and telling me I did not receive the offer.

I had an interview screen and the HR rep seemed unprepared and unprofessional. They could not answer basic questions about the role and only had 2 questions prepared for me. Then I never got a response back, even after emailing for an update.
