(I actually interviewed for the Cell Science division). Overall it was a good process. Had the initial HR chat, then a phone interview, then an onsite. Phone interview had some basic Linux troubleshooting questions and also a question about choosing a database. The onsite included a 1hr presentation about myself and my work, 2 coding interviews (1hr each), an hour for lunch, and the last interview mixed system design and Linux questions. It was overall a good experience. Everyone was friendly, they have a gorgeous building, and I got to tour one of the labs. The whole process took about 2 or 3 weeks. It probably would have been faster if I didn't have scheduling conflicts.
