Initially contacted by a recruiter, I was scheduled for an interview with the Director of Project Management. The interview was mainly about the company and it's processes. It gave me a good overview of the company and the expectations of the role, but not a lot about HR related items; i.e. benefits information, salary window for the position, etc.
