Entretien
Loved the presentation.Alex was engaging and fun. All the recruiters sincerely appeared to enjoy their careers. There was electricity in the air, corny as that sounds.After the presentation, we took a break while the room was prepared.We entered for the group interview (everyone passed the group interview) and were split into groups.We were paired up and had to select a laminated card (face down- no peeking)which had a "situation". We were to read it and discuss it with our partner, and give a response to our question.
We recited the departure announcement which was emailed to us and which we had to memorize.
We then each had to select the card in front of us which had a core value on it& explain how it resonated in our lives.
After the group interview we took a break & those who passed the group interview were invited in for the 1 on 1 interview.
I enjoyed my recruiter.She went out of her way to not be intimidating & made me feel comfortable.I was asked 5 questions and answered accordingly.She checked my paperwork and resume & ID's, and I signed the forms in her presence.
The 1 on 1 was approximately 20 minutes long & I had to really give my questions alot of thought before I answered.
I felt that the entire process was very professional.

Explain a situation (previous work experience, personal, family related, etc)which happened to me quickly, which had a big impact in my life, and how I reacted to it.
My interview experience with Allegiant was notably casual and laid-back. Unlike traditional, conservative airlines, Allegiant maintains a relaxed and adaptable environment. I observed that several candidates had previously been unsuccessful in their applications to major airlines. Regrettably, some attendees were unprepared, poorly dressed, and displayed inadequate grooming; some also used coarse language. This was disheartening, and I was eager to depart. If you are looking for a conventional, sophisticated flight attendant role, Allegiant may not be the ideal choice.

Entretien
Interview consisted of a group information session about the job, pay, ect. After that we were spilt into smaller groups and we answered a question, recited the announcement they gave up to memorize prior to the interview, and then we completed a group activity. After that those who got to the 1-on-1 interview stage sat in the jumpseat to make sure we could buckle in, and then interviewed with one of the recruiters.

Video Interview is very easy and simple. They will give you 3 questions and you will have all the time and retakes for your answer. Good luck and hoping for the best to everyone.
