it's very informative. Great interview process, interacting with HR and fellow interviewees. Process took 6 hours., from 5pm and I left the building at 11:45 pm.. There's about 50 applicants, we have a chance to know each other. HR representative gave us information about the company and was very personable and answered our questions while we waited for our turn for one-on-one interview. Once you paseds the initial interview, you right away go to the next step, and after that for the final interview. Awesome process and I enjoyed every minute.

Group interview, about 40 people. We had to mingle with each other like we were at a party and were observed. Then we were called out one by one for individual interviews. The group setting definitely made it a more relaxed environment.

Very friendly, extremely different from other interviews. Those whose applications were chosen for interviews (usually around 40) were taken into a room where they had employees (other representatives as well as trainers and supervisors) talk about Allegiant, their personal experiences with the company, and give a powerpoint presentation on what is means to be a CSSR. They did an icebreaker where they gave each person a slip of paper with conversation topics on it. They then had everyone walk around the room to mingle and ask/answer these questions with each other. The purpose of this exercise was to see how each person interacted with one another (ie. if they were friendly, confident, etc.). That all took about an hour or two and afterwards, one by one they took people into separate rooms where they would conduct a one-on-one interview. When those personal interviews were completed, you were then free to go. The whole process took about 4hrs and was done in the evening around 5-9pm.
