There were quite a few people coming to the first session. It was great getting to know the other candidates. The first portion was an informative one explaining Allegiant Travel Company. It is amazing how they compare to other airlines! They have amazing benefits and are an amazing airline. After that, we were broken into smaller groups and asked to answer the first question in a group of 2 - "teamwork". After that, everyone had a card with a scenario to answer in regards to our current situation. A few were eliminated after that. Along came the "one-on-one" interview. The room was full of them. If there is one thing that I would like to have been different, it would have been to have had a one-one one with a few of the interviewers vs one. I just love to present myself to others and feel that everyone has a difference of opinion. I still felt amazed and believed that they all had amazing abilities. Overall, amazing people, great company and a wishful employee to be!

My interview experience with Allegiant was notably casual and laid-back. Unlike traditional, conservative airlines, Allegiant maintains a relaxed and adaptable environment. I observed that several candidates had previously been unsuccessful in their applications to major airlines. Regrettably, some attendees were unprepared, poorly dressed, and displayed inadequate grooming; some also used coarse language. This was disheartening, and I was eager to depart. If you are looking for a conventional, sophisticated flight attendant role, Allegiant may not be the ideal choice.
