I applied on line and heard back in about a week.Got an invitation e-mail that they had Information Session. Then same day with the group interview and typing test everything was very friendly and easy.( they looking for friendly personality to go with the concept of the company) Next day got 1:1 interview some what average questions after that they will call in about a week for the offer.
