I went through a long interview process for a Senior CRM Executive role including a final interview with a task that I spent a long time on only to be ghosted afterwards. If they didn't want to hire me then that's their choice but after such a long process, at least have the decency to let the candidate know and provide some feedback. They completed wasted my time and I assume this has been done to others as well as I have seen the job reposted several times on LinkedIn. A terrible interview process overall and so inconsiderate of the candidate's time. I also think that companies like this are using multiple candidates as free idea generators which is unethical and shouldn't be allowed.
