Answered perky job ad on craigslist. Required to take DISC test before first interview. First interview was an hour, second interview was 2 hours. First interview was CEO, second with CEO and office manager (firm had only one other employee at that time). CEO praised my experience, really sold me on the company concept and on research position. Unfortunately, most of what was said in the interview was not strictly accurate: the position was sales with quotas, "research" is looking up phone numbers on internet, "proofreading" is only double-checking one's emails, and my so-called valuable experience rated an offer 25% below my usual salary.
