Interview process was thorough but not overbearing. I was introduced through a current team member to the hiring manager. From there, we had an introductory call followed by time with a panel of the leadership team I would be working with. Last, there was a meeting with the leader for North America to ensure alignment.

Engaging and transparent interview process
I interviewed with HR and three senior leaders. Communication was prompt throughout the entire process.
Every person I met was genuinely passionate about the company's mission. They gave me a great feel for the day-to-day challenges of the role. HR kept me updated at every stage.
