I met the branch manager at a job fair. She called me back a week later to do a one on one interview. That day there was also another candidate present in the waiting room. I Interviewed with the main branch manager after waiting about 30 minutes. She asked basic questions. It was not intense. She told me that she would get back to me after taking to the manager at the location I was applying for. A few days later I was called back with the job offer.
