It was good. I applied through their website. They called me in for an interview a week later. It was my first interview so it seemed harder than it actually was. They just want to know whether you know your stuff and whether or not you can teach it and manage a classroom.

Unprofessional, disrespectful, disorganized. APPLICANT BEWARE. The initial interview was offered within an hour of submitting the application, and was held over the phone, and screened for teaching styles and experiences. I was informed the decision for a second interview would be based upon a technical test with an allotted time of a week. This test was to solve a simple JavaScript problem, and create a personal website. In total, the test probably took around 5 hours of work. Again, within an hour I was offered a second hour long interview over Google Hangouts. Thus far, the process had gone smoothly and I had no complaints. Come time for the second interview, which was scheduled a few days after submitting the test, I was left waiting in the Google Hangout for over the hour of which it was scheduled. During this time, I sent two separate messages to both the hiring corespondent and the interviewer asking politely if they had forgotten our interview, or if I had made a mistake, to which I didn't receive a response for another hour after the "interview" ended. They said they were the ones who made a mistake, and wondered if I would like to reschedule the interview, and I said that I would. I asked for their scheduling calendar, and I didn't hear back for another full week. The response I got was a canned "Thank you for applying, but we've moved on" response. I'm not upset, about not getting hired or offered a position, other plans have worked out. What does concern me is the utter lack of respect given to the applicant. I spent hours on a project, then another hour waiting in a suit in front of a camera, only to get stood up and then ignored. I understand the difficulty that must come with running a nonprofit, but forgetting about an interview, sending a half sincere apology, offering to schedule another interview, and then ignoring said rescheduling attempts is unbelievably unprofessional. I've had better correspondence with fast food companies.

Applied online. They contacted me a week or two later for an introductory phone interview, then sent over a technical test afterwards. After submitting the test, they contacted me a few weeks later for an online interview with the company's hiring manager and program director. Questions were mostly general and covered stuff in my resume along with teaching habits (they went over technical test results, but not much more detailed than that).
