You have a phone or Skype interview with a recruiter, then with the COO. If you make it past those you will fly to Dallas to interview at the corporate office.

Quick, non-conventional. The recruitment process is clearly bulk. They bring in a mass of probability candidates and make selections based on a criteria probably proprietary to them. I'm a very competitive professional- goal driven, with long term plans, but was turned down, not that I can say I mind. They give off a vibe that seems almost cultish. You'll see, seems like a place that is fire happy as I continue to see the ads pop up for the same positions regularly.

They didn't ask much, was more of a sales pitch and he postured for me to ask questions. He did ask why I was looking into a new place of employment.

Very quick and easy. From the very first email I was set up for 3 different interviews within 2 days. All the personnel were very curetious and answered all my questions

ask you about your last job and really short questions that requires only 2 sec of thoughts, not that hard tbh and you should really prepare for it nonetheless. I need 30 words on hiring process too so pls help me out.
