I went through two interview rounds with this company. The first round was on Friday, October 18, 2024, with the COO. He was remarkably personable and enthusiastic, taking the time to discuss the company’s culture and core values in depth, which left a lasting, positive impression. The second round, held on Friday, October 25, 2024, was a joint client meeting alongside the COO. During the 20-25 minute session, I provided a concise overview of my background, highlighted my previous work experience, and addressed questions related to my skills and expertise.
On Wednesday, October 30, 2024, the COO arranged a final meeting to review the offer letter. While the salary was reasonable with a competitive benefits package, a key factor in my decision was the COO’s authenticity, humility, and professionalism. I had a strong intuition that this company would foster a positive and supportive work environment, and I was right! The organization’s approach to people is incredibly respectful and supportive. I’m delighted to have accepted the offer and I can’t wait to dive in, make meaningful contributions, and grow alongside such an inspiring team!
