My experience was surreal. It felt like they were leading me on. I was invited to apply due to the qualifications reflected on my resume. But once meeting in person, they behaved in a manor that seemed rather uncomfortable. Although I was invited to follow up on the interview with a brief driving test. During which the instructor barely spoke a word to me, outside of giving directions for the route. Which I drove without mistake. As an experienced Coach Operator of 4 years. I've never been in more awkward of a situation.
