The interview process was very thorough, it included personality assessments, IQ Based Assessment, and phone interview. Overall it was a very thorough process and it was clear they care about hiring the best talent.

Entretien
Invited to interview in the Munich office, which is located in an impeccably renovated villa in Bogenhausen, Munich's most exclusive residential neighborhood. The urinals urinals actually have covers that must be opened before business can be conducted (sounds a bit strange maybe, but the effect is surprisingly elegant). I suppose this may be only relevant to the male candidates, though the ladies' facilities may include corresponding flourishes to whcih I am, obviously, not privy. Three seperate interviews were conducted, each officiated by a different partner. Opening chit-chat was kept to a minimum and the focus quickly shifted to cases.
