They were able to go through a natural discussion and assert my abilities and experience based on simple exchanges rather than some technical tests. Discussions were centered around technological orientations, decision making, troubleshooting, architectural strategies. They also went into some rapid fire questions to appreciate resilience to stress / pressure.

The interview process was fair and balanced. Be prepared to describe what you've worked on in detail. While true for any interview, a technology/consulting company like Alithya wants to know that you know what you know.
