Interview process was with multiple interviewers who asked questions and asked for samples of work. Very shady as they will bait and switch even before you’re offered a position. They act astonished when you decline a lowball offer and won’t negotiate. The recruiter actually laughed at me when I explained what a market based offer for the role is and said they never pay much above the bottom of the range.
