First there was a recorded web interview. Then there was a two day interview in Charlotte with other applicants. The first day was a business dinner with three higher ups within the company. The second day consisted of an overview of the company where we got to meet new hires and see what they do. Then there were two one on one interviews. They also offered us breakfast and lunch.

Entire process took about two-three weeks from start to finish. The first interview was with two people who worked at the company. I was then emailed for a followup interview at the Charlotte, NC campus. They paid for my hotel in Charlotte. We had second/final rounds of interviews at the campus with several other current employees talking to us about the job and company culture. It was nice. They wined and dined us with a fancy dinner with the Senior VP and other candidates also applying for the position. Drinks were included. I must say this...I was discouraged throughout the interview process because when we arrived at the hotel the night of the dinner with the company, another candidate basically told us she already got the job because the two girls from the company who were guiding us to the dinner knew her boyfriend or something like that and told her they were going to advocate for her after the interview process. I then proceeded to watch them tell her don't worry, she will get the job, totally disregarding the other candidates being around. So the whole time I had in this in the back of my mind, which wasn't pleasant. The overall interview process was great though. I just couldn't leave out the part where the other candidate told us she basically had the job already. She was indeed hired. If that tells you anything!
