Entretien
The process itself was not overly complicated: first call with a recruiter -> language evaluation -> interview (+ task during the interview). The interview lasted for an hour but at some point the main focus of the interview was my ability to give and receive feedback. I was asked many times about how I handled it in the past even though I never worked in a company like this ever before. This was also the reason why I was rejected as candidate which still remains slightly unclear to me

Simple questions about what you would do in certain situations or have done in past situations. There were 6 or 7 interview questions. You are given the chance to rerecord responses along the way.

You saw a presentation, then answered about 8 behavioral questions. Typical describe when you made a mistake or had to be flexible. You would need to have questions ready to ask them
