Usually 3 interviews, first with direct manager and next level management, and third with HR, and for P7 and above with country manager, the first two don´t follow a very structured process but mostly about business and how do you think, they will measure your seniority and how you structure the problems and solution, and will have limited cultural part, while the last two will measure more vs the 6 company values, and cultural fit
