Headhunted, not direct application. They asked me to install a communication app in Chinese with no directions that was half in English, half in Chinese, thankfully made it work using a second phone and Google Lens. First interview was scheduled with Senior Manager, cancelled five minutes before it began. Re-scheduled, took place, asked at the end to prepare a document to present in the next interview. Prepared and sent the document, they pushed the schedule of the next interview, no mention of the document in the interview. Because they pushed and had a medical problem which I communicated I wasn’t amazing, but made it work. Radio silence after second interview, pushed for answer, finally after a few days got a short rejection message that they have no negative feedback.
