I got the on-site interview after refering by a classmate. There are total 4 technical interview. Mostly they ask common data structure like BST, linked list, and string related questions. And you should also know your resume very well. The interviewer may discuss some points in your resume if they are interested.

three phone interview and a onsite interview with 4 rounds. And most important, there will be a HR interview, who has the right to kick you out..... The phone interview will mostly organized by the P7, so you should be honest about what you know and what you do not know.... Also, after the phone interview, you could try to ask whether you would pass the interview....
