a senior technical guy called directly. I thought HR would set up the interview first, but I was wrong. He was nice, and mainly focused on the Linux kernel stuff. You need to be dealing with Linux kernel daily to be able to answer those questions. Also, they are focused on the new technology like Docker and cloud
The interview process consisted of three rounds. The first was a technical screening with core Java and system design questions. The second round was a live coding session focusing on multithreading and memory management. The final round was a behavioral interview with the engineering manager. Overall, the process was structured, transparent, and focused on both practical coding skills and architectural understanding.
