I was friends with one of the employees so my interview was brief at best. The manager doesn't like talking to people much, is more of a back-room manager. The owners, while friendly, are not supportive of those outside of upper management. They pretty much let the managers do as they please, which in the end led to my leaving as the Manager was lazy yet given credit for the work myself and others did to promote and increase sales. It is a great place to work if you like and enjoy working with an elderly clientele as those are the people who make up their customer base. I did and do enjoy that population base and would say it is the biggest thing I regret about leaving the job.
