There was no one on one interview process. We were assessed in a group of 7/8 others. It was very relaxed and casual. We first got to meet staff that worked there and then we got a tour of the site. We worked in a group for 30 minutes to come up with a survival strategy to survive on a deserted island. Adjudicators were looking for confidence, someone who was able to voice their opinion but also listen to others.
