1st recruiter called & arranged a telephonic call with GM, in that Interview She just asked personal questions instead of technical or professional .Her question were like family planning, when I visit my hometown, how I find Karnataka people as they are very rude, how was my manager , have I ever dealt with strict manager How I managed my marriage as I was working means how I got so many leaves to do marriage ETC and they were more concern about my relocation and travelling to office. after this round they scheduled F2F interview at office with the same person and the director for a particular day but the recruiter called me 2 days prior and asked me to come office all of sudden and on my denial he managed VC and that was again more of personal rather then technical. after that 1 and half hour interview I got a link for assessment test and In that test English reasoning and quant question were there. After that neat day I got call that they guys want me to source a profile and for this thing they will take access of my system also. and after that they wanted me again at office for next round of interview with the same person so I took my candidature back as this was endless process of no use . They are searching a person who can devote his life to this company and doesn't ask anything in revert.
