I received a phone call interview after applying online. The HR lady gave me positive feedback and had scheduled a face-to-face interview on site. I had to complete a typing and data entry test first and also an Excel skills test before going to the interview.The day of the interview they had said the HR rep who I had been in contact with will let me know if I got the job within a week. I kept emailing the HR lady who responded once and then ignored my emails for a month after. Finally I received a letter saying I didn't get the job.
