Asked to describe several of these examples in relation to various questions. Example: describe a difficult work situation where you had to use effective communication to solve a problem. A very kind and professional interview panel and positive interview experience.

I was referred by a current employee and had little contact with HR until I was offered the job. It was a slow process until the actual offer and then it moved very fast.

Most questions were about dealing with people and how to handle fast-paced environments and changing priorities. They seemed to value people who are independent learners.
