You want to give the impression that you are good with people, are a hard worker, and have positive social skills. The in person interview was fairly basic. I met the manager and he was very personable. He knew that it was my first job and he did not ask me very detailed questions or put much pressure or stress. He hired me and after some training I was able to start work. To succeed at this, or any job, you must show that you care about your work and have a positive attitude. Complainers never go very far.
