Entretien
I was excited to be called in for an interview. I had been searching for months and was about to lose hope that I would ever find a job. When I went in for my interview, I went up to customer service and was taken to the room where the interviews take place. I waited about five minutes for my interviewer to arrive. I was asked questions about why I was in need of a job, how I felt working with the public and if I was able to work on holidays. After I had satisfied my interviewer I was told that I would be getting the job as long as I passed the background test and drug test.

I was asked how I would deal with an angry or upset customer.
Interview was good. Asked about communication, open availability and able to lift over 40-50 pounds. Checked for high school diploma. Interviewer was very straight to the point and nice. Good benefits too
did not ask any questions just described the job and when i would be working. felt like the job was already mine before i got there. when i moved up theye didnt interview me

Entretien
I was brought upstairs to be asked some questions by the manager. She was very courteous. I was asked about my former experience, and they were open to hearing about what volunteer experience I had rather than a job. They explained pay and approximately how many hours I would receive. I was told that the hours do shift depending on work needs. The interview was quick and simple.
