They were very forthcoming in the warning that there was really no manager in the department I applied for, that was nice.

That interview was short and concise. After filling out all the needed paperwork, I was given the Grand tour of the entire building. I was introduced to all the department heads as well as many of the administrative employees. They at least want to let everyone one know who you are and what department you will be working in.
