Recruiter from Talent500 reached out, scheduled 4 rounds of interview. 3 rounds online 1 F2F including director level. Was told I am selected after clearing all 4 rounds. Then I am told candidature on hold due to a vp approval. Fast forward 15 days, no update, recruiter poc stopped responding. Senior recruiter said he is waiting for approval. Not sure if I will gwt the offer 15 days post clearing the last round.
