There was first a call with the HR representative who posted the job opportunity to ensure I was qualified for job. After interview was completed, I was then notified by the same HR representative that I was selected for another round of interviews with hiring manager who was at director level. This was a video conferencing call walking through my background, past work, and questions related to specific work scenarios. Since I did not get the job, I was later notified by HR representative that I was not chosen for the job.
