Basically the program manager explains the job to you and asks if you're willing to work there and physically capable of doing personal protective interventions. Asks questions about experience and knowledge but your response does not seem to make a difference as long as you seem to have common knowledge and social skills.

It was smooth, the interviewer did most of the talking and it is a very casual interview. After the interview, we went to look around the campus and knowing more about the details of the job.
