I talked to a few of my peers, as well as future manager and his direct manager. Everyone was quite friendly and we mostly discussed my previous role and experience. I did already know a few people there from a previous employer so I think they skilled the more formal exercise part of the interview since they had seen my tech skills first-hand in a previous role.
