Assumed HR set up call. Phone call with Lead Designer went well, she was nice. Received an email soon after with details for a design case study (with a few errors). Submitted the case study challenge along with the bonus of a prototype in InVision. Didn't hear back for a week and then received an email from someone I had not spoken to before with the generic intro email showing interest and asking to set up a call. There was obvious organization/communication problems. A few days later I was told they would not be moving forward from the person who sent the incorrect email. Emailed the Lead Designer for feedback and never heard back.
