First, there was an initial phone call with a recruiter, then a zoom call with 2 engineering managers discussing my background and areas of knowledge. Next step will be a technical interview on site.

How would I communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
At first when I applied for this job I was surprised of the low quantity applied for this job, comparing to the others. Then, I realized why. Its a waste of time. Even if you answer all questions very well and they look excited about you during interview they reject you anyways. Save yourself some time and travel!
The selection process consisted of theoretical and technical stages. The interviews were very relaxed with the staff.
In the technical challenge, the staff provided support with any questions during the development.
The cultural match stage was very relaxed, providing an insight into the company environment.
