J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Alaska SeaLife Center en janv. 2022
Entretien
After my interview I was left confused. It felt like the interviewers were not as interested in my previous experience that I worked so hard to get onto my resume. They asked questions to get to know me as a person, but not about why I feel that I am qualified for the position. The interviewers did not show much emotion, and I felt like they didn't seem to show interest in me as an applicant.
The interview made me feel like they did not look at my resume because they had to ask me what the previous experiences were that I kept referring to (even though they are listed right on my resume). I don't know if I got the position yet, but even if I do, I am probably going to consider looking elsewhere.

The best way I can describe the interview is that it felt robotic - the interviewers sounded emotionless and uninterested in talking to me, they just read through each question and didn't try to make it conversational in the slightest. At the end I asked what the best qualities are that they look for in an intern, and they essentially said that they don't care as long as you can work for the entire summer.
