It was pretty standard. Recruitment call was 30 minutes and pleasant. Hiring Manager phone interview went nearly an hour. I was asked to do a panel presentation which has seemingly become standard for most job interview processes. Interviewer questions asked at the presentation were thoughtful and showed they were engaged.
