J'ai passé un entretien chez Alaska Airlines (Seattle, WA)
Entretien
There are multiple rounds within the interview process; starting with the initial application, before you move onto a video interview, and if successful, they’ll schedule a F2F interview, which also consists of 3 rounds. You’ll interview with an employee, then another one in a different role, and if you pass these two interviews, you move onto the group interview. Many found the group interview to be the most nerve-racking, but it wasn’t for me, personally; I found I was most successful here because we had spent all day getting to know one another, and everyone was very nice and genuine.

Two virtual interviews that included an AI interview, a personality questionnaire and a “test” of your ability to use resources provided to answer flight-related questions. After that you’re invited to an in-person interview.
The interview process is lengthy and in depth. They really dive deep. Overall, it was a great experience and ensured that they find the right fit. I did end up accepting and am awaiting training.
