Applied online, got a call a few days later from their recruiting coordinator and she scheduled a phone interview for me with a senior recruiter. After the phone interview I was asked to complete a 'charter test' and was told to expect to received an email the next day with the test instructions. The test asks you to essentially to write a mock-charter document for a fake project. They provide information about the project and give you a 5 template to fill out. I was given an hour to fill out the charter template, and once I finished I sent it back via email. This is as far as I've gone in the interview process so far, I sent a follow up email but haven't heard back yet about next steps.

Phone screen with recruiter that was not friendly at all, one zoom call w/ hiring manager, again not friendly, another one w/ skip manager who was ok, smart and interested in my experience, one in-person interview loop w/ cross functional team and again with hiring manager.
Very old school company and the offices are a little depressing, next to SeaTac. The process was long and with no clear ending or # of interviews. The interview questions were pretty basic, not really into behavioral questions. It was loooong. It was like 3 months from begging to the end.

Only had one call (initial screening) where the interviewer told me he would focus on whether I was a good fit for the role, which he did. There was no mention of whether the job was a good fit for me or questions about what I was looking for in a job. I haven’t had this type of ‘one way’ interview in a very long time, probably since my first job out of college.

The interview process is very relational. The interviews are more about culture fit than anything. Technical skills are important, but at the more entry level positions they believe they can train the desired skills, but can't train to fit the culture.
