Group presentation for around 15-20 where they drop you tons of information at an impossible speed to understand, follow for a 1 on 1 interview with the same. Applied for a costumer service representative and the job was for door to door sales.

i applied online and was contacted after 2weeks to appear for an interview. was asked to fill a very long questionnaire and write a one sentence on why i should be hired then proceed to have a one on one interview with a female hr . i got another call after 2days that i made the interview
