First round contains a written test which mostly includes easy to medium level problem solving questions. Second round contains technical interview which includes questions related to OOP, DSA, OS and problem solving. And lastly you will be evaluated by a senior software manager who will analyze your general behavior and body language.

The interview process was smooth, the staff was cooperative. The interview team's behavior was positive. Overall can say it was a good experience giving an interview at ALACHISOFT.
The quality of questions asked in the interview was average or above. Pretty basic but concept-focused test it was.
