I had an interview for Site Engineering Manager. I was asked to do a short presentation about a topic that they provided it to me few days before. After the presentation, they asked me about my favorite color and favorite animal? It was so suprising question for a managerial level job. I considered it as non-professional approach. They did not give me any feedback after.
