You are interviewed on video and it's good to use the star method. You will have two interviews so be prepared with different answers. Behavioral questions and what experience u have in Healthcare.
First was with the recruiter and 2nd was with the hiring manager. Was asked basic questions that are asked in every interview and role related especially for customer supporting areas.
