I found the way they handle the first step of interviews quite strange. The HR person reached out, and they were happy to schedule an appointment. I provided my avails and waited then they dropped off I followed up until someone eventually responded then said they’re found a candidate who they’re already interested in and are moving forward. Which is fair, even though they could’ve told me earlier to no block my calendar. Then they reached out again, asking to schedule an interview which I kindly shared my avails, then nothing back from them very strange.
